    With 25+ years of dedicated experience, Jodie is a trusted Licensed Conveyancer specialising in property settlements across New South Wales and Victoria. Renowned for her attention to detail, professionalism, and personalised service, Jodie ensures every transaction is smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Her expertise in contracts, compliance, and deadlines makes her a reliable partner for buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals alike.

  • Teagan is a licensed conveyancer with over seven years of experience in the property industry. Starting as a conveyancing assistant, she quickly advanced through hard work and dedication, training staff and gaining hands-on expertise before becoming fully licensed. While working full-time, Teagan completed her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at RMIT, equipping her with the skills to handle a wide range of property transactions, including residential, commercial, and off-the-plan purchases, as well as complex matters like subdivisions and property settlements. Her background in nursing and disability support has shaped her empathetic and client-focused approach, ensuring her clients feel supported and confident throughout the process.

    Outside of work, Teagan enjoys playing video games, travelling, making music, and dancing, reflecting her creative and adventurous spirit. Her approachable nature and passion for helping others have made her a trusted professional for first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and developers alike. Teagan is dedicated to providing expert guidance and a seamless conveyancing experience for all her clients.

    Heather moved to Sydney in mid-2024 to further progress her career and studies. She has over 6 years’ experience in the legal industry and is currently in her last year of her law degree.

    Heather works closely with Joseph across all his matters and predominantly handles all conveyancing files. As a soon-to-be Lawyer, Heather has a keen spirit to experience all areas of law in the practise and ensure the best outcome is achieved for all clients of KG Co Legal.

  • Adrienne is a Conveyancing Assistant and aspiring Licensed Conveyancer, passionate about guiding clients through property transactions with both care and clarity. Known for her clear communication and warm approach, she ensures every settlement is handled efficiently and with her clients’ best interests at heart. Adrienne is committed to making the conveyancing process straightforward and as seamless as possible.

  • Chen is a NSW-based solicitor who advises on residential and commercial property transactions, leasing, and associated finance and structuring matters. He has acted for purchasers, vendors, landlords and tenants across NSW and interstate, managing end-to-end conveyancing (including PEXA settlements), contract reviews and negotiations, due diligence, and bespoke special conditions to address commercial risk. Chen also assists clients with business loan and security documentation, lease assignments/variations, and matters involving trust and corporate trustee structures (including SMSFs). He is known for clear, practical advice and responsive stakeholder management with agents, lenders, and counterpart solicitors, and is fluent in Mandarin.
