Chen is a NSW-based solicitor who advises on residential and commercial property transactions, leasing, and associated finance and structuring matters. He has acted for purchasers, vendors, landlords and tenants across NSW and interstate, managing end-to-end conveyancing (including PEXA settlements), contract reviews and negotiations, due diligence, and bespoke special conditions to address commercial risk. Chen also assists clients with business loan and security documentation, lease assignments/variations, and matters involving trust and corporate trustee structures (including SMSFs). He is known for clear, practical advice and responsive stakeholder management with agents, lenders, and counterpart solicitors, and is fluent in Mandarin.
